Friends of the Rancho Bernardo Library


Ella String QuartetJory Plays JazzPlans are in place for the Rancho Bernardo Library concert series for 2017-2018. The coming season opened on September 27, 2017. We have a new program that will allow you to continue supporting the series and secure recognition and tax deductions for that valuable support.

All concerts are on Wednesdays, starting at 6:15 PM. Tickets are not required. Children 7 and older may attend with a parent. Concerts are supported by free-will donations, a grant from the Rancho Bernardo Community Foundation, and sponsors, including the Friends of the Rancho Bernardo Library. The concerts, open to the public, will be held in the Library's second-floor Community Room, 17110 Bernardo Center Drive.

Because of the Fire Safety Code, seating is limited. The limit will be enforced so please arrive early to assure yourself of a seat.

Please be aware that the parking lot often fills up at that hour. You may find additional parking alongside the library on the 2nd level. For your personal comfort, you may wish to bring a padded seat cushion, and a sweater for when the A/C overshoots the thermostat.

In the case of good books, the point is not how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you.
